Students from any academic stream or discipline are welcome to apply, provided they have the interest, commitment, and willingness to learn.
Internship Opportunity – Open to All Years
The internship opportunity is open to:
- First-year students
- Second-year students
- Third-year students
- Fourth-year/final-year students
- Postgraduate students
- Recent graduates
Students from any course, programme, specialization, or academic background may apply.
The internship may initially be offered in a hybrid format, depending on the role, project requirements, and business needs.
Full-Time Career Opportunity – Final-Year Students
The full-time employment pathway is specifically intended for final-year students.
Final-year students who are selected for the internship and subsequently demonstrate strong performance, commitment, and suitability may be considered for a full-time employment offer after completion of the internship, subject to available positions and business requirements.
This means that students in earlier years can participate in the internship to gain valuable international industry exposure, while final-year students have the additional opportunity to progress from internship to a potential full-time career with Fabtitude.

1. Application – Open Now
Interested students must submit their application through the official registration link.

2. Online Orientation – First Week of October 2026
After the application deadline, Fabtitude will conduct an online orientation session covering:
- Introduction to Fabtitude
- Company overview and business areas
- Internship programme
- Available roles and opportunities
- Expectations from candidates
- Internship structure and process
- Full-time career pathway for eligible final-year students
- Selection process
3. Shortlisting
Following the orientation, Fabtitude will review the applications and shortlist candidates based on their profile, interests, skills, communication, potential, and suitability for the available opportunities.
4. Interviews
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an online interview and evaluation process.
5. Internship Offer
Selected candidates will receive the relevant internship offer from Fabtitude.
The internship may be undertaken in a hybrid format, depending on the role and project requirements.
6. Full-Time Offer for Eligible Final-Year Students
Final-year students who successfully complete the internship and demonstrate the required performance, commitment, and suitability may be considered for a full-time employment offer with Fabtitude in Bengaluru, India.
The final employment offer will be subject to available positions, business requirements, candidate suitability, and applicable employment conditions.

The full-time employment pathway is applicable specifically to final-year students as per Indian Government Law, and progression to employment will depend on internship performance, interview evaluation, suitability, available positions, and business requirements.
For candidates selected for full-time employment, the role, workplace, compensation, and employment terms will be communicated separately at the time of the formal employment offer.
