                                                                             Admission Policy - Sridhar University


  • Admission in the Sridhar University is offered on the basis of rules framed by the relevant bodies of the University.
  • A candidate who applies for admission shall be presumed that he/she agrees to abide/well acquaint by the University Rules, statues, approval of the course and no litigation shall, therefore, be tenable.
  • Admission in University shall be open to Indian citizens or Non-Resident Indians. However, University shall also admit foreign students as per the guidelines of Central and State Governments. Admissions in all programmers of University shall be made on the basis of merit, provided that admission in professional and technical courses shall be made through entrance test conducted by University or University may associate with other universities to conduct admission test which offers similar courses or can also use the score of entrance test conducted by Associations of Universities/other Federations/State agencies/other bodies for mission to any programme. However, in case of entrance test has not been conducted due to one or the other reasons or lesser availability of candidates, admission shall be made on the basis of merit in qualifying examination.
  • For NRI/Foreign student's admission shall be made on merit of marks obtained in qualifying examinations.
  • Where admissions are on the basis of merit in entrance test, merit shall be determined on the basis of admission test conducted by the University for Seats available in the discipline.
  • University shall conduct entrance test of its own in all disciplines having one or many centers in the entire country.
  • For courses where admission is through merit in the qualifying examination weight age shall be given for excellence in sports and other extracurricular activities.
  • In respect of candidates belonging to Schedule Castes/Schedule Tribes or Other Backward Classes in all courses of study, Government rules and policy shall be applicable for determining the eligibility criteria for admission to any courses of study in University.
  • All admissions shall be provisional. If it is found at any stage that the qualifying examination of a candidate is not recognized by the university or he/she has concealed or given false information, such admissions shall be cancelled at any stage.
  • All admissions granted shall, in the first instance, be deemed to be provisional. The office of Registrar shall confirm the admission after verification of his/her documents for eligibility and enroll the student by allotting him/her Enrolment Number.
  • Such students who were enrolled with any drily constituted University in the country can be migrated to the University with the approval of Academic Council. Such students shall" be enrolled in the University after providing lo objection Certificate from past University and shall be students of Shridhar University.
  • Every student shall have to provide medical fitness certificate at time of admission.
  • The details of admission procedure shall be u: prescribed in the Ordinances.

  • In case such agencies approach you, please send us an email at info@shridharuniversity.ac.in giving us details, and we will take necessary action. The seats for all courses offered by Shridhar University can be secured only by merit in the qualifying examination/entrance test.
  • Foreign/ Non-Resident Indian (NRI) seats are available to students with Non-resident status or students sponsored by family members who are foreign nationals or have NRI status.
  • This is also to clarify that the number of applicants invited for counselling is greater than the total number of seats available in our constituent colleges. This is to enable more students to be accommodated in lieu of dropouts at the counselling stage. Please note, therefore, if you are included in the merit list and are invited for counselling, it does not automatically guarantee admission.
  • All admissions are subject to fulfilment of eligibility criteria. If at any stage it is found that an applicant has provided false or incorrect information/certificates, or it is found that the applicant has willfully concealed information, and then the applicant’s admission will be immediately cancelled.
  • The fee paid by the applicant, if any, shall be forfeited. It is the responsibility of applicants to ensure that they fulfil all eligibility requirements for course/s applied.
  • The website provides guidelines and information about our courses and institutions. Whilst every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of content, Shridhar University reserves the right to amend or alter information without notice. No liability will be accepted by the University in connection with any such alterations or amendments.
  • Shridhar University reserves the right to change the curriculum, course structure and the rules relating to admissions, examinations, fee structure, refunds, scholarships etc. The updates/changes, if any, will be notified on the University website and no individual communication will be sent to applicants.
  • All differences and disputes arising due to the interpretation and implementation of sections will be referred to the Vice-Chancellor, and his decision shall be final and binding. Jurisdiction for all disputes relating to Shridhar University is Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan, India only.
